What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits, such as your preferences or the contents of a shopping cart.

Cookies we use

• Region preference: remembers the market you choose (Spain, Australia or the global site) so we don't ask again. Lasts 1 year. It is technical: without it the region selector would appear on every visit.
• Shop cart: keeps your cart while you shop in the online store. It is technical and limited to your shopping session.
• Admin session: only used when authorised staff sign in to the site's management panel. It does not affect visitors.
• First-party analytics: a session cookie (sessionId, 30 days) groups the pages you view into a single visit for our statistics. They are first-party and anonymous: we do not store your IP address, we cannot identify you, nothing is shared with third parties, and you are not tracked across other websites.

Third-party measurement

We also use two third-party tools to understand how the site is used. Australian law does not require prior consent for analytics cookies, so on this site they load on arrival. On our Spanish and international sites they sit behind a consent banner.

• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.): measures how many people visit, which pages they read and where they arrive from. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.
• Contentsquare (Content Square SAS, France): anonymously records how the page is used — mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and progress through forms — and can replay that navigation so we can see where people get stuck. What you type into form fields is masked before it is stored: we do not see your name, email or phone in those recordings, only that the field was filled in.

You can opt out of both by blocking third-party cookies in your browser, or by using Google's opt-out add-on. Nothing on the site stops working if you do.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking technical cookies may stop parts of the site — such as the region choice or the shop — from working properly.
